Announce
Seven days before, one teaser and the edition size. The waitlist opens — a name and a way to reach you, nothing more.
Reveal
The evening before, the piece is shown in full. Waitlist members see it, and open, one hour before anyone else.
Open
At ten on the ninth, the page turns to buy. One per person. A quiet phrase tells you how many remain — never a ticking clock.
Close
Twenty-four hours later it shuts, without extension. The page becomes an archive entry — photography and the edition record.

The Fen Weave, No. IX
A single cashmere scarf woven in the house Fen Weave — this edition dyed a deeper Fen Blue, kept only for the ninth. Each carries a hand-numbered tag and a certificate of edition. When you register, we hold your number against the run.
