Halwyn is a new English house, and we would rather keep our relationship with your information as plain as the rest of what we do. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask of us. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
Only what the house needs to serve you: your name and contact details when you order, book an appointment, or join a waitlist; your delivery address for orders; the message you leave us; and a small anonymous identifier stored in your browser so your bag and account follow you between visits. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell your information — not to anyone, not ever.
How we use it
- To fulfil and deliver your order, and to keep a record of it in your account.
- To write to you when a piece you registered interest in returns, or before a Ninth you've joined.
- To arrange and confirm appointments with an advisor.
- To send the monthly Journal, only if you asked for it — and to stop the moment you ask us to.
Where it lives
Orders, waitlist entries and appointment requests are stored in the house's own store on the platform that runs this site. Payment, when a live house settles it, is handled by that house's own payment provider — this storefront currently takes no card details at all, as it runs in free mode.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Clearing "this device" from your account forgets your local identity immediately. To make a request of the house, write to privacy@halwyn.example.
This is a reference build of a fictional house; the contact addresses are illustrative. A real house operating this template would name its data controller and a genuine contact here.
