Yes, to most countries, with duties and taxes shown at checkout where we can pre-pay them. Where we cannot, any duties are the recipient's responsibility and will be noted before you order.

Collection at the house in London is available on request — choose it at checkout or ask an advisor. We'll write when your pieces are wrapped and waiting.

Free returns and exchanges within 30 days, in original condition with tags attached. Use the prepaid label in your parcel, or ask us to send one. Refunds are issued to the original method within 5 working days of arrival.

Monogrammed pieces are made to order and can't be returned unless faulty — a fault is always ours to put right. Gift recipients receive a no-price gift receipt and may exchange freely.
