These terms govern your purchase from Halwyn. We've kept them short and readable, because terms you can't read aren't really an agreement.
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy; our confirmation forms the contract. We may decline an order — for example, where a limited edition has sold through — and if we do, you pay nothing. Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and, where stated, include duties.
Free-mode checkout
This storefront runs on the platform's placeholder gateway in free mode: your order is recorded and confirmed, and no payment is taken. A live house operating this template settles payment through its own account. Nothing on this site charges a card.
Limited editions — the Ninth
Editions released through the Ninth are made in a fixed quantity and sold in a fixed 24-hour window, one per customer. The window does not extend and editions are not restocked. Joining a waitlist places no obligation on you and reserves nothing — it is a notification only.
Returns & guarantee
Free returns within 30 days in original condition, as set out in the help centre. Beyond that, we guarantee our making: a piece that fails through a fault in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our cost. This does not cover fair wear, accidental damage, or neglect of the printed care instructions.
Your rights
Nothing here removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country. Where these terms and those rights conflict, your rights win.
Reference build of a fictional house. A real house would name its governing law, company details and dispute process here.
